I have read the email regarding the restrictions that would be required to be in place if St. Paul's were to reopen in the yellow phase.

Please select one of the following options regarding your families' plans for worship during the yellow phase.

I/We plan on attending worship during the yellow phase of re-opening from the stay at home orders and will abide by the requirements of wearing masks and temperatures checks. I/We realize that all efforts will be made to provide a safe environment but that nothing is 100% safe.

We will not be attending worship during the yellow phase and plan on using the online resources to continue to worship until we enter the green phase of the re-opening plan.
